Community Connections Coordinator - one year contract, 24 hours a week

​

Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP) operates a number of key services which provide support to those clients in the BH23 area who are struggling with social isolation and loneliness.

 

We are now looking to appoint a Community Connections Coordinator to oversee and manage a portfolio of services to achieve that vision. 

 

You will direct our highly motivated volunteer team in support of the Christchurch Angels and Helpful Neighbours, each service supporting those needing help to re-engage with community activities, including Lunch Clubs, Coffee Connections and many other activities. If you are an empathetic and people person, this is a great opportunity to make a real difference in your community! 

 

This will initially be a fixed term contract working 24 hours per week – some flexibility may be possible. Download the full job description using the button below.
