Transport
Christchurch Community Partnership (CCP) provides a range of transport services to help people reconnect to their community. These can be provided in combination with our Community Connections services, to offer personalised support that is shaped around each person’s needs.
People are typically referred to CCP by adult social care and NHS professionals, or sometimes by neighbours and relatives. Self-referrals can also be made directly by people who need support.
Dial a Bus
Dial a Bus is a door-to-door transport service provided by CCP. This service can be used for transport to local lunch clubs and support groups, or trips and activities.
The Dial a Bus service uses two fully accessible 14-seater minibuses. Support on-board is provided by the CCP’s fantastic volunteer bus buddies and volunteer drivers.
